I’m so excited to have two members of Richmond’s local chapter of Black Girls Do Bike on the show because their group is a great place for all women to get out on the bike.
BGDB is an organization with over 100 chapters nationwide and they believe that "the simple act of riding a bike can be a catalyst for wonderful, life-changing experiences for women of all ages."
On this episode we talk about where they ride, why they ride and the joy they felt when they rediscovered their love of bikes.
